On Thursday, we organized a Coffee Talk on personal experience. In the hectic schedule and work environment, it is really vital for all of us to give ourselves some time off to maintain a good bond and healthy work environment.
In a Corporate Sector, the competition is so high that some people may occasionally begin to feel down. It mainly arises because of the difficulties they might face at work Place. In such cases, the work environment must be conducive to fostering and promoting everyone’s physical and mental health.
The majority of the time, this is not the case, and employee mental health is adversely affected by a number of workplace factors, such as demanding schedules, unconventional thinking, the need to meet deadlines, frequent overtime, an imbalance between work and personal life, a lack of social support, and more.
Companies majorly do not acknowledge or address the gravity of the situation, thinking it alienates the functioning of the workplace. But stress, worry or anxiety can drive success to a tangent, which, if left unattended, can affect the workspace and the colleagues.
Keeping all these factors in mind, we organized this coffee talk where everyone interacted with each other about their experiences, problems, and everything to cope with the stress and workload. They all enjoyed the session and talked about their experience and how they deal with all these daily life hurdles. All in all, the session was interactive, and everyone left feeling happy and upbeat.
