PACE Organized a Navratri Event: Dance, Dandiya and Devotion

The festival of Navratri is celebrated across India for nine days during the month of Ashwini – September-October – and ends with Dussehra, also known as Vijayadashami, on the 10th day. Across India, it is a time of religious reflection and fasting, but for others, it is a time of dancing and fasting. Navratri is a joyous and happy occasion. However, this event is celebrated differently in different places.

At PACE, we didn’t want the vibe to become dull. So, we decided to make this year’s Dandiya event a grand celebration.

To make this festival celebration more enjoyable, we organized a game and separated employees into teams, assigning them the responsibility of “Navratri Aarti Thali Decoration.” So, each team can participate and showcase its artistic side. The purpose is to spark their inner creativity, showcase their creative side, and operate as a team.

Later, the entire PACE family came together to celebrate the auspicious Navratri festival. Family and festivals are an excellent match for enhancing the festivities. We believe in the value of a family that enjoys festivals and remains together. To allow our employees to showcase their dancing skills, we prepared a unique Dandiya event with traditional Dandiya Ras. The event took place at the office.

The evening got even brighter when all the team members came in ethnic wear and showed fascinating Dandiya moves, enthralling the audience. The celebration not only makes employees happy but also initiates activities such as team building apart from a client project, employee engagement, and creating a culture with a sense of togetherness.

We firmly believe in building an enjoyable and refreshing workplace environment for our employees. Such events are a perfect example of employee engagement, empowerment, and enthusiasm.
